About the roastery

Craft Roastery is a worker-owned cooperative in the Minneapolis warehouse district. We roast single-origin coffee in small lots and publish the profile curve for every release.

Our twelve-kilo Probat drum handles all production. Green coffee is stored in climate-controlled bins on the mezzanine. We do not outsource roasting or repackage third-party beans.

How to visit

1. Thursday cuppings are open — arrive by 17:30 at the dock door
2. Wholesale sample requests handled by phone on weekdays
3. Green-bean inquiries require a Monday or Tuesday appointment
4. Retail pickup after 14:00 on roast-day Wednesday

We do not operate a café on site. Coffee is sold through our website phone line, local pickup, and partner cafés within forty miles.
